Questions about pricing.
A driver counts when they are active on your driver list in Ultimate DSP during the billing month, which is a calendar month. Drivers you deactivate, office users such as managers, dispatchers and finance, and Ultimate DA app accounts are not billed. To keep the bill right, deactivate a driver on their General > Associates record the day they leave. Deactivating keeps all of their records, and you can reactivate them if they come back.
No. Office logins are free and unlimited: the owner, sub admins, managers, dispatchers and finance staff all log in at no charge. Each person gets their own login with the role their job needs, from Admin Portal > Users. Office users are separate from drivers, so adding a manager never changes the bill. You pay only for active drivers.
Hera lists $9 per active driver per month with all features. dspworkplace lists from $2.50 per user per month, plus add-ons for punch integration ($4 per user), vehicle maintenance ($4 per vehicle), AI photo inspection ($6 per vehicle) and coaching videos ($50 a month). Ultimate DSP is $1 per active driver with punch intake, vehicle maintenance records and coaching modules included. These are public list prices from September 2026. The estimator leaves out add-ons, and your quote may differ.
No setup fee and no contract. The monthly plan is month to month, and when you stop it ends at the close of the month you have paid for. The yearly plan is billed once at $9 per driver, which is $0.75 per driver per month, and it is non-refundable after the first 45 days. You can import your drivers, routes and Amazon files from the first day of the free trial.
Ultimate DSP is sold with a Fantastic+ guarantee. The full terms are being finalized and will be published on the Legal page.
One DSP phone line is included, with texts and calls up to a monthly allowance. Texts are counted in SMS segments, so a long text can count as two, and call minutes count both inbound and outbound calls. Use past the allowance is billed at the stated rate on your monthly invoice and is never blocked, so dispatch can always text a driver at 6am. Extra phone lines are billed per line.
Your bill follows it. Each billing month is a calendar month, and you pay for the drivers active on your driver list during that month. Add new drivers when they start, and deactivate leavers on their General > Associates record the day they leave, so they stop counting. Office users and driver app accounts never change the bill.
You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Before you go, export what you want to keep: Load Out, On Road, Return to Station, Compliance, Work Summary and Schedule all export, and each invoice check saves its records. After cancellation, your data is deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to hold it.
